Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PixG Media House ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our services.

2. Services

PixG Media House provides media production services including but not limited to:

• Podcast production and editing
• Video production (long-form and short-form content)
• Performance creative and advertising content
• Content strategy and consulting
• Social media content creation

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as required
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us
• Make payments according to agreed-upon terms
• Communicate any concerns or issues promptly

4. Intellectual Property

Client Materials

You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us. By providing materials, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our Tools and Methods

We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, templates, processes, and methodologies developed independently or prior to our engagement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements. General terms include:

• Deposits may be required before work begins
• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be paused for overdue accounts

6. Revisions and Approvals

The number of included revisions will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges. Approval of deliverables signifies acceptance of the work.

7. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information you share with us. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or that we receive from other sources without confidentiality obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixG Media House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits for incomplete work will be handled according to the project agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
